We’re looking for Marketing & Client Outreach Associates to join our fast-growing team! Whether you're an experienced professional in HR, BPO, marketing, or sales—or a fresh graduate eager to dive in—this dynamic role offers the chance to grow, learn, and make a significant impact.
What You'll Do
- Drive Client Engagement: Connect with potential clients through diverse channels, including digital platforms (social media, email, messaging) and traditional methods like calls, referrals, and direct field outreach.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively identify new leads, spark engaging conversations, and nurture interest into promising opportunities. This includes representing us in the field to reach our target market.
- Boost Our Online Presence: Help create and share compelling content across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to attract and engage our target audience.
- Conduct Field Outreach: Spend a significant portion of your week (at least two days) in the field, actively engaging with potential clients and target markets face-to-face to build connections and generate leads.
- Support the Marketing Team: Collaborate on impactful marketing campaigns, assist with lead funnels, and help implement outreach strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Guide new clients smoothly through their onboarding journey, keep them engaged, and ensure they feel valued from the very first interaction.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field (a degree in Marketing, HR, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is a bonus, but not essential!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – excellent in written, spoken, and social interactions.
- A genuine love for social media, digital tools, and connecting online, coupled with an eagerness for in-person engagement.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset – you're someone who takes initiative and follows through.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach is a plus – however, fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn and excel are highly encouraged to apply!
- Comfort and enthusiasm for working independently in the field.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
