POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- Strategic planning & market research, Digital marketing proficency, Analytical & budget management, Team leadership, and Good Communication Skills.
- 3-5+ years in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in leadership or managing campaigns and teams.

- Develop & execute brand strategies.
- Lead campaign implementation & monitoring.
- Conduct market & consumer insights research.
- Manage budgets & promotional spending.
- Lead & coordinate across teams.
