- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with company goals and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Plan and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and campaigns that support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and videos.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and service providers related to marketing functions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and communications.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to management on marketing performance and ROI.
- Accept and performs such other functions as maybe assigned by direct heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role (preferably in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sectors).
- Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and CRM platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for events, site visits, or marketing campaigns when necessary.
