We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support our client - an aggregate of numerous companies in Metro Manila and Davao that franchise branded food concepts.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the conceptualization, planning, and execution of corporate events, overseeing the development and maintenance of key account relationships, and strategizing regional branding initiatives. The role demands a dynamic professional capable of managing multiple marketing projects and establishing strong connections with clients to boost sales, brand presence, and event success.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Event Conceptualization & Execution
- Lead the ideation and conceptualization of corporate events, ensuring alignment with company objectives and branding guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end event planning including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the event experience reflects the company’s values and goals.
- Monitor post-event feedback to measure success and areas for improvement.
- Stay current on event trends, tools, and technologies to integrate into event strategies.
Key Account Client Management:
- Maintain and build relationships with key account clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns to support client goals and drive revenue.
- Regularly review sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell or upsell services/products to existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to strengthen relationships and ensure retention.
Regional Branding Conceptualization:
- Design and execute regional branding strategies to enhance market presence and reach.
- Analyze regional market trends and customer behavior to adapt branding strategies effectively.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistent messaging across all regional marketing materials and channels.
- Oversee regional social media campaigns, digital advertising, and community engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with local influencers, media partners, and stakeholders to amplify regional brand visibility.
People Management & Development:
- Leads the Marketing Team in creating an atmosphere that lives the JTC missions, vision & values.
- Ensures achievement of targeted competency levels.
o Trains Marketing Team
o Evaluate Marketing Team Performance.
- Achieving Marketing Team Effectiveness Through
o Constant communication and coordination among marketing team members.
o High morale level among the team.
o Proper delegation of responsibilities/assignments among the Marketing Team.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
o Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
o Provide regular reports on marketing initiatives, including event performance, key account success, and regional branding metrics.
o Analyze ROI and KPIs for events, key account campaigns, and regional branding efforts.
Requirements:
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for branding and marketing design.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM software, social media, and event management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build cross-functional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to convert ideas into actionable plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on corporate event management, key account management, and regional branding.
- Proven experience in managing high-profile corporate events, developing client relationships, and executing regional marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of event technologies, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
Work setup:
- On-site reporting, Monday to Friday;
- 8:00AM to 6:00PM
