Job Purpose
The Marketing Officer will play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of the company.’s marketing efforts. This includes creating demand for our products and services (such as POP displays, banners, and promotional booths), raising brand awareness, and directly supporting sales initiatives by targeting and engaging indirect clients in key sectors like FMCG, apparel, retail and others.
You will also manage and implement both online and offline marketing activities—ranging from digital campaigns and collateral development to event coordination and showroom management—working closely with the Sales Department to meet the company’s business targets.
Key Performance Indicators
· Lead Generation: Secure X qualified indirect client inquiries per month (FMCG, apparel, retail).
· Conversion Rate: Move Y% of leads to proposals or consultations.
· Digital Reach & Engagement: Grow TikTok and Instagram audience by Z% monthly; achieve A% engagement rate.
· Content Consistency: Post B high-quality social media updates weekly.
· Event Engagement: Facilitate C participation opportunities (online/offline) with indirect clients quarterly.
· Client Acquisition: Win D new indirect clients within 6 months.
· Referrals and Repeat Business: Generate E referrals or repeat orders within the first year.
Job Duties
Marketing Planning & Strategy
· Assist in formulating and executing marketing strategies that align with company goals.
· Prepare and present marketing plans and budgets for approval.
· Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
Brand and Demand Generation
· Raise awareness for BMI and FSSI products through online and offline platforms.
· Plan and execute monthly advertising/promotional campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
· Assist in managing BMI and FSSI website content and monthly FB campaigns.
· Oversee customer engagement on FB Messenger and website chat.
· Create and distribute marketing collaterals, brochures, product sheets, and presentations.
· Coordinate weekly and monthly Viber blasts and posts.
Events, Product Promotion & Showroom
· Organize and attend trade shows, expos, and marketing events; man booths alongside the sales team.
· Manage and maintain product showroom and display areas.
· Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations for end users, resellers, and printers.
· Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for both BMI and FSSI products.
Sales Support
· Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
· Assist in lead nurturing, proposals, and the handover of qualified opportunities to Sales.
Digital Media Management
· Create content and manage social media accounts (IG, FB, Tiktok)
· Track performance analytics (reach, impressions, conversions, etc.) to inform future actions.
· Oversee the website creation and improvement efforts for FSSI and ensure user experience and fulfillment are optimized.
Collaboration & Operations
· Liaise with vendors, printers, and third parties for campaign execution.
· Monitor marketing-related expenses and report to management.
· Collaborate with internal teams on all branding and promotional material execution.
· Ensure campaigns and materials are aligned with brand identity and strategic messaging.
Skills and Experience
· Experience in marketing or business development within FMCG, retail, or apparel sectors.
· Proven success in executing social media campaigns.
· Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for print and digital platforms.
· Experience in coordinating events and handling showroom or booth management.
· Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of engaging different audience segments.
· Familiarity with metrics and tools to measure marketing performance.
· Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, Meta Ads, and website CMS is a plus.
