BuilderBoy is a full-service general contracting and design company and this role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and experienced in tracking digital ad performance, producing clear reports, and managing light day-to-day marketing functions. This is not a high-volume marketing role — rather, we are looking for a reliable professional who can maintain structure, monitor ad spending, and provide steady, strategic support to ensure marketing stays aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ad Management & Monitoring: Track and manage monthly ad performance on Google Ads and Yelp, ensuring budget alignment, ROI awareness, and regular performance updates.
- Monthly Reporting: Create and deliver monthly reports that summarize ad spend, lead generation, and performance KPIs.
- Website Management: Update and maintain our WordPress website, including project uploads, service changes, and content adjustments as needed.
- Marketing Task Oversight: Keep track of ongoing and upcoming marketing tasks, help prioritize initiatives, and ensure key marketing deliverables stay on schedule.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, project timelines, and service offerings.
- Light Content Work: Support content creation as needed, including drafting captions, blogs, or visuals using tools like Canva or AI platforms (ChatGPT, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is not necessary but preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience is not necessary but preferred in a marketing / operations role.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Yelp Ads platforms.
- Proficiency in WordPress (basic content editing and updates).
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to self-manage deadlines and reporting cycles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, reporting tools, and light graphic creation (e.g., Canva).
- Willingness to learn internal business processes and how marketing ties into operational success.
