Sales Assistant Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred / Graduate of any Business Management related course
- Computer Literate
- With good communication and negotiation Skills
- Has a strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- With at least 2-4 years of experience on the same field
- Can read 2P drawing and can drive cars
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Supervisor to lead a team of self-driven members to achieve sales targets
- Help in monitor and analyze sales results and report findings to management
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning
- Timely and consistent compliance to reports documentation as instructed by superiors
