Marketing Associate

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to support our digital advertising and content creation efforts. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, storytelling, and online advertising. You’ll help run ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and assist in producing engaging content that captures attention and drives results.

Job Description:

• Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid ads on Facebook
• Support audience research and help with basic campaign setup
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop eye-catching ad creatives
• Create and schedule organic content for social media (posts, stories, reels, etc.)
• Help write captions, draft ad copy, and brainstorm campaign ideas
• Monitor ad performance and help prepare simple reports (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Contribute to A/B testing and optimization efforts
• Learn tools like Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and tracking systems
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and best practices
• Work with the team on broader marketing projects like email, SEO, and influencer content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Passion for social media, digital content, and online advertising
• Creativity and a good eye for visual and written content
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow
• Team player with solid communication and time management skills
• No prior experience needed—training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills (a plus, but not required):

• Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or basic editing tools
• Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or other platforms
• Familiarity with writing social captions or creating short-form content
• Interest in trends, brand storytelling, or digital design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
