II. FIELDS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Receives inquiries regarding product information.
2. Receives orders as well as complaints from customers.
3. Updates quality records like customer index cards, collections and sales.
4. Encodes Order Forms, Change Notice, and Customer Complaint.
5. Ensure proper filing of pertinent documents such as POs, Quotation, JOs,
Correspondents etc.
6. Follow-up orders of pending Purchase Orders for delivery.
7. Follow-up collections through the telephone upon the request of the Product Representative.
8. Analyzes problems based on the seven (7) problem solving tools and techniques and
recommends the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
9. Acts on non-conformances and non-compliance issued to her and ensures that corrective and
preventive measures are implemented based on the required or agreed-upon timetable.
10. Performs other duties assigned to him/her.
11. Collate information for report generation.

A. Qualification Required
- College Graduate
- 1yr experience
- Basic clerical skills i.e. typing, filing
- Computer Literate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
