JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Associate Manager of Branding and Internal Marketing is responsible for strengthening the company’s brand identity and enhancing internal engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. This role supports the development and execution of branding campaigns, internal communications, and culture-building programs that align with the company’s mission and values. The Associate Manager is a creative and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional collaborations to drive brand consistency and internal brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing branding strategies that enhance the company’s market positioning.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and corporate communications.
- Oversee the creation of brand assets, including visual identity elements, brand guidelines, and messaging frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute branding campaigns effectively.
Internal Marketing & Engagement
- Develop internal communication strategies to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
- Lead internal branding initiatives such as team-building activities, company events, and employee advocacy programs.
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to align internal messaging with company values and business objectives.
- Create compelling content for internal newsletters, presentations, and corporate announcements.
Project & Team Management
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Manage a team of creatives, designers, and marketing specialists, providing guidance and direction.
- Coordinate with different departments to align branding and internal marketing efforts with business goals.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to branding, internal engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve the impact of branding initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep branding and internal marketing efforts innovative.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
- Branding & Marketing Expertise
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, identity, and positioning.
- Experience in internal marketing, employer branding, and corporate communications.
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Creative & Design Knowledge
- Proficiency in working with design teams and understanding visual branding principles.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Project Management & Leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in working with multimedia specialists, designers, and content creators.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and brand impact.
- Experience in data-driven marketing and insights-based decision-making.
