Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role focuses on increasing sales and market share in the hardware supplies industry, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to hardware and construction supply products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Create promotional campaigns for tools, construction materials, electrical, plumbing, and industrial supplies.
- Manage and update marketing materials, catalogs, brochures, product labels, and digital content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support product promotions, pricing strategies, and distribution plans.
- Supervise digital marketing efforts, including SEO, website updates, social media, and email campaigns.
- Organize trade shows, product demos, client events, and other B2B networking activities.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, hardware store owners, and key B2B clients.
- Evaluate marketing performance using KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on all campaigns and initiatives.
- Train and lead junior marketing staff or external marketing partners/agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hardware, construction materials, or industrial supply distribution.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and retail/distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in marketing tools, CRM, digital platforms, and analytics software.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
