Assist in scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms.
Stay updated with trending content formats and styles, especially on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Use AI tools and editing software to streamline content creation and improve workflow efficiency.
Organize and manage a digital content library for easy access to reusable templates, images, and videos.
Monitor engagement on published content and provide basic feedback reports or suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

At least a high school diploma; college-level coursework in communications, marketing, or multimedia is a plus
Basic experience in content creation and editing for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
Proficiency in using design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar user-friendly software
Good understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience engagement practices
Strong attention to detail, grammar, and visual consistency
Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt content to various platforms
Basic copywriting and caption-writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams (marketing, sales, branding)
