Job Description:
We are looking for an video editor/social media content creator to join our dynamic team at Talkstation Bacolod.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist editing videos and posters for LMS, job hiring, monthly events, birthdays, and promotional content, including miscellaneous design tasks.
- Assist in managing and growing the company’s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with targeted recruitment content.
- Support the design and production of recruitment materials including videos, graphics, and promotional assets.
- Stay current on hiring trends, social media algorithms, and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Experience using design/editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of employer branding and online talent acquisition strategies
- Proficient in using social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent skills in creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
