- With a bachelor's degree, major in marketing, business management, communication arts, or any related course
- With at least 3 years of extensive work experience in media/corporate partnerships and marketing management
- Must be creative and be adept in digital work
- Must be able to plan marketing strategies and recommend action plans to achieve company targets
- Must possess good administrative skills
- Must have a vast network of contacts in media agencies
- Can establish harmonious relationships with affiliates, clients, and suppliers
- Must have a good command of the English language, both oral and written; must communicate effectively
- Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills
- Must be a team player but can work independently as well
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter, goal and results-oriented, and hardworking
- Must be pleasant with strong interpersonal skills cutting across all levels of an organization
- Must thrive under pressure
- Must be familiar with the entertainment and advertising culture and environment
