- Leads and proposes a clear strategy to grow the assigned brand/s business and presence on digital and offline.
- Champions the initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, day-to-day execution of campaigns, promotions, and sales support.
- Product and Promotions
Studies, creates, and proposes promotions to uplift sales and drive foot traffic.
- Manages promo development for approval
- Leads the conceptualization, development, execution, and delivery of promotional materials to the store
- Monitors and reports the performance of the promotions.
- Store & Public Relations
Champions the overall store requirements
- Store hygiene collaterals
- Promotional collaterals
- External partner's collaterals
- Maintains Liaison with external suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing materials.
- PR Events, Media Conferences, Store Events
- Assists in organizing and executing store-related events be it for events, product launches, or PR-driven events.
- Develops contracts for Clients and coordinates with the store for their requirements
- Ensures signed contracts are submitted to the stakeholders; Ensures contract trackers are updated.
- Develops post mortem reports for all store events; In touch with store to create recommendations and gets insights
- Lead Generation and Competitor Check
- Ensures we get leads for monthly events in assigned brand/s
- Tracks the activities and product launches or competitors
- Local Store Marketing
- Leads assigned areas for local store marketing to uplift sales of opportunity stores for the brand.
- Conceptualizes and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure development of a 360 campaign/ initiative.
- Ad Hoc
- Adheres to company’s Code of Conduct

Job Specifications:
- Graduate of Marketing management or other related course
- With at least 3 years experience in the same position from F&B, Hospitality and/ or Retail Industry (preferrably)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to start ASAP
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
