- Perform advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on Ducati and BMW motorcycles.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and engine-related issues.
- Conduct safety inspections and test rides to ensure top-quality service.
- Mentor junior mechanics by providing hands-on training and guidance.
- Assist in setting service standards and improving workshop processes.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of needed components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Document all repairs and maintenance in service records accurately.
- Stay updated on the latest technical bulletins and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) working on Ducati, BMW, or other high-performance motorcycles
- NCII in Small Engine Mechanic or any related
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to explain technical procedures to less experienced team members.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to share knowledge and help develop others.
