- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Diagnose mechanical faults and perform repairs or part replacements
- Assist engineers in mechanical design and system upgrades
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and service records
- Monitor inventory of mechanical parts and request replenishments
- Calibrate and adjust machinery for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Train junior staff on equipment handling and safety protocols
- Support installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems
