Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to insurance agents using a provided lead list
-Offer pre-qualified leads and explain the value proposition clearly
-Set appointments or transfer interested agents for follow-up or closing
-Track all interactions and maintain accurate daily reports
-Meet a minimum daily KPI of 3 qualified appointments
Qualifications:
-Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
-Prior outbound calling or appointment setting experience preferred
-Experience in insurance or lead generation is a plus
-Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
-Able to work independently and deliver consistent results
