Position Title: Digital Lead Buyer

Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Lead Buyer to lead our digital media strategy, execution, and performance optimization efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving measurable results through paid media, with deep expertise in the digital ecosystem. You’ll manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and programmatic channels—ensuring strategies are data-driven and focused on maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Design comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals
- Conduct thorough audience and market research to inform media plans and uncover growth opportunities
- Transform insights into effective buying strategies across diverse digital platforms
Campaign Management
- Launch and oversee multi-channel campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic DSPs
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure ad assets meet platform standards and drive performance
- Implement tracking and attribution mechanisms to monitor campaign progress with accuracy
Optimization & Reporting
- Analyze live campaign data to identify and address performance gaps swiftly
- Continuously perform A/B testing on creatives, placements, and bidding tactics to enhance results
- Deliver detailed, insightful reports to internal teams and clients, including actionable strategic recommendations
Budget Oversight
- Manage the entire media budget process—from allocation and pacing to optimization and final reconciliation
- Monitor spending efficiency and adjust allocations to maximize return without exceeding budgets
Collaboration & Industry Awareness
- Partner with Account Managers, creative teams, and clients to meet campaign goals effectively
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and new ad technologies to maintain competitive strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in digital media buying and campaign optimization
- Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic buying platforms
- Strong skills in performance analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey data-driven insights
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment managing multiple campaigns
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Certifications like Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are highly advantageous

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
