Position Title: Digital Lead Buyer

Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Digital Lead Buyer to take the reins on digital media strategy, execution, and performance optimization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on performance metrics, knows the digital landscape inside and out, and has a knack for driving ROI through paid media. You’ll work across a variety of channels—from Google Ads and Facebook to TikTok and programmatic platforms—ensuring every campaign is data-driven and results-focused.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development
- Build end-to-end digital media strategies tailored to client goals and business objectives
- Conduct audience and market research to guide media planning and identify new opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable buying strategies across multiple platforms
Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and programmatic DSPs
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets meet platform requirements and performance benchmarks
- Set up tracking and attribution systems to monitor campaign progress accurately
Optimization & Reporting
- Analyze real-time campaign data to identify underperformance and act quickly on optimizations
- Continuously A/B test creatives, placements, and bidding strategies to improve outcomes
- Prepare clear and concise reports for both internal stakeholders and clients, including strategic recommendations
Budget Management
- Own the full media budget lifecycle—from allocation and pacing to optimization and reconciliation
- Monitor spend efficiency and reallocate as needed to maximize ROI without overspending
Collaboration & Communication
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers, creatives, and clients to ensure campaign objectives are met
- Stay on top of industry updates, emerging platforms, and evolving ad tech to keep strategies sharp and competitive
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and campaign optimization
- Proficient in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic buying tools
- Strong command of performance analytics, KPIs, and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple campaigns
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Certifications in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint are a strong plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
