Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Collections Specialist to manage billing and collections processes specifically for Qualified Medical Evaluations (QMEs). The role includes preparing and submitting claims, following up on unpaid invoices, and ensuring timely payment from payers. You will work closely with medical offices, clients, and insurance providers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and collections for Qualified Medical Evaluations (QMEs)
- Accurately prepare and submit medical claims
- Monitor and follow up on unpaid or outstanding invoices
- Ensure timely payment from clients and third-party payers
- Communicate effectively with medical offices, clients, and insurance companies to resolve billing concerns
- Maintain organized records of all billing and payment activities
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in medical billing and collections
- Background as a Medical Collector is a plus
- Familiarity with Qualified Medical Evaluations (QMEs)
- Strong knowledge of billing and payment procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
Compensation:
- Competitive salary package of ₱35,000
