Job Description:
As a Medical Coder, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical documentation and coding patient encounters related to primary care and home health services. You will ensure that all codes are accurate and compliant with Medicare guidelines, and collaborate with providers to ensure proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient visits
- Review medical records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure coding is compliant with Medicare and CMS regulations
- Communicate with providers for documentation clarification when necessary
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Assist with internal audits and QA reviews
Qualifications:
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC, CRC, or equivalent required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience coding for primary care and home health
- Strong knowledge of Medicare coding guidelines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Reliable home setup with computer, high-speed internet, and HIPAA-compliant workspace
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
