Serve as the first point of contact for all communications addressed to the Medical Director.
Manage and maintain the Medical Director’s calendar, appointments, and schedules.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for official documents and communications.
Coordinate with hospital departments for meetings, directives, and information needed by the Medical Director.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as delegated by the Medical Director.
