We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Encoder to join our team in Murphy, Cubao, Quezon City. If you have at least 1 year of relevant experience in an encoding and billing role and proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with familiarity in accounting software or CMS software, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage billing and invoicing transactions.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documents and records.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files of transactions.
- Handle a high volume of transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams as needed to resolve billing inquiries or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Medical Encoder or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiar with accounting software or CMS.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions with accuracy.
