Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s medical products, services, or equipment according to client requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and training sessions with clients.
- Understand client needs deeply and recommend tailored solutions to maximize value.
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and work with internal teams to improve service and product offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms in collaboration with management.
- Analyze sales data and account performance; prepare reports for management.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and help in prospecting new potential clients in the medical field.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related fields.
- 2+ years experience in key account management, sales, or client service—preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for entry-level positions).
- Strong knowledge of the medical field, healthcare practices, and hospital operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
