Join us as a Member & Admin Support superstar. Help us support our amazing community of travel professionals through admin, events, and member care.
Day shift, weekends off, modern Cebu office, and a fun, supportive team!
In this role, you’ll:
- Support our members with timely, high-touch communication and attention to detail
- Assist with administration tasks like managing databases and online portals, project management systems, preparing documents and keeping information up to date. ,
- Help coordinate live events and online programs
- Work closely with our team to ensure our clients feel valued and supported
What we’re looking for:
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- Positive, friendly, and people-focused
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or admin support is an advantage
- College degree or 3+ years admin/travel agency experience is a plus
- Use of Kajabi, Canva, Teamwork PM systems are a benefit but not essential
