· Responsible in the sales operation of the membership and overall monitoring and controlling of the membership clerk and sales team in their day to day activities.
· Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of member-customer service by attending to sign-ups, renewals, return/ refund/ replacement and repair of merchandise.
· Monitors the daily activities of all membership clerk and their daily remittances.
· Ensures that encoded application forms are audited.
· Monitors member service, reportorial, clerical and filing functions.
· Monitors repair and refund functions.
· Monitors safekeeping and housekeeping functions.
· Monitors marketing activities such as telemarketing and other special events.
· Sets daily, weekly and monthly marketing goals.
· Evaluates the performance of membership clerk and sales team.
· Visits business establishment and submits proposals to promote our company.
· Follows up inactive members at nearby areas.
· Sets up booths to different subdivisions or villages and invites non-members to visit the store.
· Observes proper grooming standards and wearing of company uniform at all times, courtesy towards members, fellow employees and company officers, punctuality at all times and provides proper training including skills development to subordinates.
· Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
