Job Responsibilities
Order Management:
- Track and manage orders placed with principals.
- Handle orders and tracking for Outright accounts.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders to Consignment and Outright accounts, coordinating effectively with the warehouse team.
- Reconcile data for orders placed, received, and incoming orders.
- Coordinate daily with sub-distributors to resolve merchandise-related concerns.
Stock & Inventory Management:
- Ensure timely and proper stock replenishment across all stores.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels per store, initiating stock transfers when necessary.
Merchandise Administration:
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations Team to align merchandise strategies.
- Conduct store visits, monitor competitors, and provide detailed retail check reports.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Generate and analyze sales reports.
- Conduct sell-through analysis at the store level.
- Provide comprehensive seasonal reviews to optimize brand sales across all channels.
Leadership & Management:
- Forecast business needs, prepare budgets, and develop simplified processes.
- Maintain smooth coordination across teams through structured interactions.
- Develop high-performing employees by fostering a culture of training, coaching, and open communication.
- Set performance standards, track actual performance, and implement improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Has background and knowledge in MERCHANDISING and/ or retail store operations.
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
