About the role
We are seeking a Micro Market Staff to join our team at Sodexo On- Site Services Philippines, Inc.' in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing and operating our on-site micro market to provide a convenient shopping experience for our clients. What you'll be doing
- Greeting and providing excellent customer service to clients visiting the micro market
- Maintaining the micro market by stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and ensuring products are fresh and well-organized
- Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions accurately
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to replenish stock as needed
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Ensuring the micro market space is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- A team player who is willing to pitch in and help as needed
