- Equipment maintenance: Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on molds, fixtures, and other equipment. This includes cleaning, inspecting, and repairing equipment.
- Mold set-up: Set up molds in molding machines and ensure mold set-up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production.
- Quality assurance: Inspect items to ensure a consistent level of quality and that molded parts meet requirements.
- Safety: Follow all safety, quality, and work rules and regulations.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2years experience in Plastic Molding/Injection
- At least College Graduate or any related vocational course
