Job Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for the over-all monitoring of deficiencies specially collateral documents, insurances and appraisal/house completion. Responsible for the timely endorsement of collateral documents for registration of mortgage lien.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Preferably graduate of a Business Course with 1 year experience in Real Estate Loans:
documentation, back room operations, credit and sales processes.
