Overview:
The MSP Executive Assistant is a vital partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the broader executive team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and brings clarity, calm, and precision to their work. You will be the driving force behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly by managing executive calendars, preparing Board-level materials, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and keeping key priorities on track. You will anticipate needs before they arise and act proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Report directly to the CRO with additional support to the CEO and CFO as needed.
- Detail Management: Oversee calendars, prepare materials, and coordinate meetings for the CRO and select C-Suite members.
- Board Coordination: Assist in preparing and refining Board packages, scheduling meetings, managing deadlines, and ensuring seamless information flow between executives and the Board.
- Project Tracking: Monitor deliverables, follow-ups, and ensure internal alignment on key projects and leadership priorities.
- Confidentiality and Trust: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CRO and other executives.
- Process Optimization: Streamline processes, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operations, including travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
Job Requirements:
- Willingness to work long-term from home.
- Comfortable with a permanent night shift schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
