Job Summary:
We are looking for a Multimedia Content & Social Media Specialist to lead visual storytelling, manage digital platforms, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This role blends multimedia content creation (graphic design, photography, videography, motion graphics) with social media management (content strategy, posting, engagement, paid ad boosting) while also organizing large-scale photoshoots to elevate the brand’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multimedia Content Creation & Production
- Design and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and photography for social media, websites, and campaigns.
- Capture and edit high-end photos and videos for branding, product marketing, and storytelling.
- Create motion graphics, GIFs, and interactive content to enhance engagement.
2. Social Media Management & Strategy
- Oversee and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop and execute a content calendar for strategic and timely posting.
- Schedule, post, and engage with audiences daily to foster community growth.
- Plan and manage paid ad boosting campaigns to increase reach and conversion.
- Track performance using social media analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Organizing & Executing Large-Scale Photoshoots
- Plan, organize, and oversee major brand photoshoots for campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, stylists, and makeup artists to execute professional productions.
- Scout and select shoot locations, ensure proper set design, and manage production logistics.
- Lead mini shoots for everyday brand and digital content creation.
4. Campaign Execution & Brand Growth
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to align content with brand objectives.
- Supervise the creatives team to ensure all content maintains a high-end visual identity.
- Stay updated on social media trends, photography styles, and emerging digital platforms.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor engagement, reach, and conversions to assess content effectiveness.
- Optimize ad placements, content formats, and scheduling for maximum impact.
- Generate insights and reports to improve future content and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in multimedia content creation, social media management, and large-scale photoshoot production.
- Strong design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
- Experience in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
- Knowledge of paid ad boosting and digital advertising strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently or within a team.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or high-end branding is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
