POSITION : Building Technician
DEPARTMENT : Property Management (Residential/Dorm Type and Office Space)
WORK LOCATION : BGC, Taguig
WORK SET UP: Onsite Everyday, 6 days a week
Education
- At least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree
Work experience
1. At least One (1) year of work experience in the related field.
2. Three (3) years experienced employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair in Building and Facilities Management

Job Description
1. Technical Operations
1.1. Conducts regular inspection of machineries and equipment of the building and report encountered problem to the Immediate Superior.
1.2. Evaluates, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and air conditioning) systems in the building.
1.3. Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance.
1.4. Receives and respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues assigned by the Property Management Office.
1.5. Carries out the preventive maintenance works of the building’s electrical equipment as schedule.
1.6. Troubleshoots, evaluates, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities.
1.7. Perform other duties assigned by the Property Management.
1.8. Comply with company uniform dress code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the building premises.
2. Building Safety
2.1. Maintains corporate safety procedures and comply with access control regulations.
2.2. Responds immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns.
2.3. Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and practice safe work habits.
3. Operational Enhancement
3.1. Suggests ways to develop technical processes of the building.
3.2. Suggests ways to enhance the operational procedures of the property management team.
