- Operates, monitors and services facilities common area equipment.
- Records all operations parameters.
- Maintains equipment records / history.
- Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of tools and work area.
- Implements routine maintenance works.
- Undertakes and/or assists in equipment servicing works.
- Performs other duties which will be required by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willing to be assigned in BGC
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Others or equivalent.
- With at least 2 year experience in civil related works (Carpentry/ Painting/ Masonry/ Plumbing and Electrical).
- With background in banking facilities, call centers, data centers, residential condominium & commercial / office properties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
