Job Summary:
The Office Administrator / Procurement Staff is responsible for managing daily office operations and handling procurement activities. This role ensures that the office runs smoothly and that all purchases are made efficiently, cost-effectively, and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:Office Administration
- Maintain organized and clean office operations and filing systems.
- Manage office supplies and inventory; ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding admin-related requests.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and emails.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
- Support HR and accounting in organizing employee files and records.
Procurement Duties
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, quality, and delivery time.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), requests for quotation (RFQs), and monitor deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Ensure that procurement complies with company standards and budgets.
- Track inventory usage and coordinate with other departments on supply needs.
- Monitor supplier contracts and maintain a database of approved vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in admin or procurement roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic record-keeping tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
