Position Overview:
The Office Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors and staff as needed
- Maintain and organize office files and records, both physical and digital
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as assigned
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Monitor and maintain office supplies; place orders when necessary
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Provide general support to the team and assist in special projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
