Job description
Responsible for performing secretarial and administrative support to an executive officer. In-charge of the day-to-day office facilities' upkeep, supplies management, files maintenance, correspondence and schedule coordination.
Qualifications:
· Candidate must be a graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree
· With 1 year(s) relevant experience in office and records management
· Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
· Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
· Personable, attentive to details, collaborative and can work under pressure
· Proficient in using MS Application (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
