We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Staff member to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring our office functions efficiently and providing excellent support to all departments.
What you'll do:
- Manage and organize office files and records.
- Prepare and process documents and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Perform general office duties, including encoding, typing, record keeping, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and errands as assigned.
- Update paperwork and maintain documents.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing documents.
- Handle calls and emails for updates and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports and summaries.
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.

- Experience in an administrative or office support role in preferred

Supplemental Pay:
