1. Plan and ensure the achievement of value and quantity sales target in the assigned territory
2. Ensure that Accounts Receivablesof the accounts under the territory are within the company guidelines
3. Ensure timely execution of promotional activities in the trade
4. Establish and maintain a good relationship with Key Personnel of the accounts through joint business planning and regular visits
5. Timely reporting of competitor activities and other reports as identified by the immediate superior
6. Regularly attend trainings, seminars and workshops as part of his/her capability and skills development
7. Partner with Trade Marketing and Marketing Team with regards to promotion, activation and other business building activities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. With above-average desktop skills (i.e. MS Office especially PowerPoint)
2. With good communication and strong analytical skills
3. Very good negotiation skills and works well under
4. Preferably has at least 1 year of working experience in a related field
5. Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Business or any related field
