Position Summary:
The Warehouse ECommerce Associate is responsible for supporting the growth and daily operations of the company's warehouse e-commerce platform. This role ensures a seamless and positive internal and external customer experience while maintaining the digital tools, systems, and platforms essential to e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor e-commerce systems, tools, and platforms to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data to generate insights for improving business performance.
- Provide operational support including product listings, order processing, and coordination with relevant departments.
