- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in shipment handling, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation scheduling across various modes.
- In-depth knowledge of all relevant regulations, including customs, IATA, and local trade laws.
- Above-average understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and proficiency in relevant logistics software.
- Proven ability to identify and lead improvements in operational transactions.
- Demonstrated capability to maintain high service standards with a track record of meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
