About the Position:
Epic Special Education Staffing is looking for an Operations Administrator who will be supporting the Operations department and all teams to ensure processes and procedures are in place and the business is operating successfully. This position reports to the Operations Team Lead and Manager.

What You’ll Do:
Support to Operations team with processes and procedures amongst all teams including process documentation, testing the process within the ATS and utilizing reporting to monitor how the process is working
Analysis of reports monitoring our systems and processes to ensure functionality
Provide timely support to the team for all support inquiries
Special Projects as needed
Collaborate with the Operations Team to maintain a clean database by reviewing and auditing all aspects of the ATS (reports, dashboards, contacts, lists, etc.)
Collaborate with all teams and team members on inquiries, questions, and solutions
Data entry and analysis utilizing the ATS and Excel
Complete various administrative tasks as defined by the projects you are working on
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
1-3 years of related experience
Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written with aptitude in problem-solving
Experience in data collection, entry, and reporting with great attention to details and confidentiality
Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (ex: Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Erecruit, etc.)
Skilled knowledge of Excel reporting is highly desired
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Communicates clearly, concisely, and professionally, verbally and in writing
Adapts to the needs of the company by demonstrating flexibility
Incorporates and demonstrates Epic’s Core Values when collaborating with all internal and external teams
Self-starter that proactively plans out their day to accomplish tasks independently
Effectively balances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines
