Job Description:
The Operations Analyst is mainly responsible for the following:
- Daily Equipment / Inventory supply.
- Maintenance and Repair monitoring of containers
- Inbound Delivery Order Releasing
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitors / Coordinates overstaying for both laden and empty containers.
- Attends to email for Container Linkage / Amendment and diversion request.
- Checks Maintenance Repair of container.
- Monitors / Updates movements (Container movement update).
- Responsible in ensuring completeness, correctness and timely releasing of Delivery Order
- Creates and Interface Demurrage Invoice in A/R
- Creates/Generate weekly detention monitoring report
- Assist offshore office in attending detention concerns
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Customs Administration or any related fields of study.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of related work experience in Shipping / Logistics / Transportation
- Must have good oral and written English communication skills
- Can start immediately
