The Operations Coordinator oversees and optimizes the company's supply chain operations, with a primary focus on inventory control and warehouse management. This role ensures that inventory levels are accurate, warehouse processes are efficient, and the supply chain operates smoothly to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement to forecast inventory needs.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage warehouse staff schedules and performance.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration/Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related program.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a food distributor or operations management position will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to promote proficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, logistics software, and other operational software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse processes is an advantage.
- Preferably residing in Silang, Cavite or nearby areas.
