Job Description
As a Management Trainee, you'll assist in overseeing daily operations, supervising frontline staff, supporting customer service, managing inventory and cash handling, contributing to marketing and events, and helping ensure smooth facility performance. You’ll also help with reporting and compliance, while gaining hands-on experience in various business functions.
Qualifications
a. A college graduate or graduating student (Class of 2025)
b. From the following programs:
i. Accounting and Finance
ii. Business and Marketing
iii. Tourism and Hospitality
iv. Education
v. Sports or Sports Management
c. With strong written and verbal communication skills
d. Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
Program Details
a. Training will cover key areas including:
▪ Facility Operations & Oversight
▪ Customer Service & Frontline Supervision
▪ Staff Coordination
▪ Inventory and Cash Management
▪ Marketing, Events, and Business Development
▪ Reporting and Administrative Tasks
b. On-site training at JCAS Sports Alley, Malolos
c. Full-time availability is required
