- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is an advantage
- Minimum of 4-10 years in logistics or trucking industry, preferably in car carrier operations
- At least 3-5 years in a general manager role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep knowledge of transport law, road safety, and fleet operations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Knowledge of vehicle types, car carrier loading systems, and safety procedures
