The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of all company-owned cart and kiosk units. This role involves a strong focus on team development, operational excellence and collaboration across various departments to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
1. Leadership and Management
- Direct and manage the daily operations of all carts and kiosk units, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead a team of Area Supervisors and frontline staff, providing coaching and development to foster a culture of high performance and customer-centric service
2. Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to operational standards, including safety and sanitation protocols, to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees
- Implement Best Practices and operational guidelines to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with various departments such as Marketing, Research & Development, Human Resources, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, and accounting to align operational strategies with organizational goals
4. Performance Monitoring and Improvement
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and enhance overall business outcomes
5. Innovation and Customer Experience
- Champion innovative ideas to improve customer experience, including enhancements in store design and product offerings
- Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to ensure the company remains competitive and relevant in the market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related fields
- At least 3-5 years experience in operations management, preferably in F&B, retail, or consumer-facing industries
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and business reporting
- Willingness to travel nationwide and work on the ground when needed
- Passion for innovation, customer service, and results-driven growth
