Operations Supervisor – Fuel & Retail Station
Location: Cansaga Road, near McDonald’s and SM Consolacion
Qualifications:
- Preferably residing in or near Consolacion, Cebu (easy travel to Cansaga Road).
- Preferably with own motorcycle for convenient transportation.
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in fuel stations, convenience stores, supermarkets, or related retail operations.
- Knowledgeable in gas station operations (fuel inventory, dispenser monitoring, safety protocols) and retail store operations (stock management, merchandising, cashiering, basic sales reports).
- Basic understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems and daily sales reconciliation.
- Good leadership and people management skills; able to train, supervise, and motivate staff.
- Good attitude and personality — respectful, approachable, and cooperative.
- Good listener and follower, yet able to give recommendations for improvement.
- Aggressive and creative in problem-solving and sales strategies.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and with good communication skills.
