Frontline Support Lead gives instructions and oversee the work of team members. The ideal candidate should have experience organizing work groups, coaching employees, assess performance, enforcing rules and ensuring quality compliance through side-by-side session with the employee.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises and assigns the day-to-day work load to ensure that customer requests coming from the Frontline and ledger review in relation to releasing of title are done on a given turn-around time.
- Evaluates team performance and provides performance feedback to each team member in order to continually improve performance.
- Addresses escalated problems and complaints by acting on its resolution
- Conducts training and coaching regularly to develop staff knowledge on the operational processes of the job.
- Interacts with various departments within and outside Operations on issues regarding buyer's account.
- Prepares and submits regular performances reports related to FSU to Department Head.
- Performs other task that may be given from time to time to support the department.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php48,000.00 per month
